Thank you for your interest in this study. The purpose of this research is to understand which treatment outcomes are most important to people living with pancreatic cancer, specifically the most common type known as Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC). We also aim to learn about your perspectives on a potential treatment called radioligand therapy (RLT.) RLT is a type of treatment that uses a small amount of radiation to target cancer cells. More information about RLT will be shared during the study.

We will ask you a few questions to determine whether you are eligible to participate in this study. Individuals who meet the eligibility criteria may be invited to take part in a 60-minute, one-on-one online interview with a trained healthcare researcher.

As part of the discussion, we would like to share a video and some materials with you. To support this, we recommend that you join the interview using an internet-enabled computer or device (such as a tablet or smartphone) so you can view these materials on screen.  A telephone-only interview can be accommodated; however, access to a device to view the materials is strongly recommended to support the discussion and help you get the most out of the session.

Any information you provide as part of the eligibility questions will be kept confidential and stored securely. To organize and schedule the interview, we will collect some personal details, such as your name and contact information. After data collection, these identifying details will be removed from your responses and replaced with a study ID, so that you cannot be directly identified. The information that can identify you (such as your name and contact details) will be deleted five years after the study is completed. The remaining de-identified information (your responses with no identifying details) may be kept for up to 15 years for research purposes).
If you are eligible to take part in the interview, you will be provided with a consent form, which explains how the study works and your rights as a study participant.
